To provide assistance, guidance and support to people with disabilities and their families so they maximize opportunities to direct their services and supports, to meet their needs and realize their dreams.

Our vision…
All community members are valued and all have realized their civil rights.  People with disabilities, alongside their families and allies, are in control of their lives, directing their own services and managing their individual budgets.  The communities in which they live and work are richer and stronger because of their membership and contributions. 

Our goal…
Simply stated, is to help you meet yours. We will help you create your future based on your vision, hopes, dreams and values.  In practical application, this means helping you build and sustain the supports around you starting with the premise that abilities, strengths and resources, not disability, weaknesses and deficits, define who a person is and how they will live their life. Personal, family and community capacities that are often overlooked or ignored will be identified and maximized, as will other more traditional resources, if needed.
