Our Services…
Because it is about helping each person build and/or sustain a system of personal supports, what Values into Action does as an organization looks different for each person.  Currently, the scope of services provided include what traditionally would be called residential supports which encompass:

• Housing:  locating/finding affordable and in some cases, accessible units for rent or purchase, helping the person rent by co-signing leases,  and helping the person learn to or manage a home of their own;
  
  
• Staffing supports:  recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, supervising, training and developing, evaluating and terminating (if    necessary);
  
  
• Health Care Coordination and Transportation.  We also offer these services with people who live with their families, and then it’s referred to as In Home Supports.
  
  
• We offer Life Sharing as a model of service.  This is where people with disabilities live with someone in their home or together they rent a home.
  
  
• We help people find and keep jobs as part of our Employment Supports and assist people with obtaining volunteer positions with other non-profits in the community.
