The staff at Values Into Action consists of directors and coordinators who are trained to help the people realize their goals. In addition, our customers’ family, friends, advocates, personal assistants and other allies play a crucial role in the organization’s success.

Values Into Action TeamValues Into Action works from the assumption that the people know their needs best. Instead of managing “programs,” we look to the people to direct the selection of their services. Our process begins with listening intently to what the person says they want out of life; we then listen to their ideas about what services would help them build that life. Values Into Action associates help the people articulate, organize and mobilize the resources needed to make their aspirations a reality.
